Porsche Panamera by Anderson Germany
Porsche Panamera by Anderson Germany. It is a rare case, when the car from Porsche is expected with so much excitement, as the current Panamera 970, that was first presented to an astonished public in Shanghai in April 2009. The USA has – not surprisingly – emerged as its preferred market area. Get more car pictures on this blog.

The company ANDERSON Germany headquartered in Dusseldorf, has taken on the Porsche Panamera of 4S category adopted in the Black Edition and has initially provided a body kit that includes front apron, a set of side skirts, rear apron and spoiler.
The air inlets from the left and right emphasize the sportiness of the vehicle.

The headlight trims were mutated to a quasi-evil eye. And LED daytime running lights including tinting are simply a part. The exclusive air intakes in the bonnet fit the character of the Panamera perfectly. On the one hand, the complete satin black painting adds the car the “innate sharpness” of the race car; on the other hand, it reminds of one of those “radar-resistant” flying machines.

Mirrors, grille, door handles, logos, tailgate and window frames painted in glossy black present a contrast. Together with the window tinting and the tinted front and rear lights, the appearance is almost grandiose.

ANDERSON has achieved the performance increase from 400 to 485 hp now, with a correspondingly higher maximum torque both by an exhaust system with Rennkats and software optimization. As for exhaust system: With a three-way remote-controlled valve, additional 17 hp can be achieved. That remains the link between the car and asphalt surface: The rims in dimensions of 10×22 inches, inside which one can see the red-painted brake calipers, were fitted with tires in dimensions of 265/30-22 inches at the front axle and 295/25-22 at the rear. All of that is still height adjustable in three levels by pressing a button, but just 40 millimeters.

The interior features the front and rear red LED footwell lighting, of course, dimmable. In this entourage, there can be only a complete interior finishing in carbon leather and black Alcantara with red trim and diamond seams. Thanks to ANDERSON, the diamond stitching is used on the Alcantara roof lining again. An ergonomically sculptured, exclusive sports steering wheel attracts the driver’s eyes. Carbon trims, steering wheel, front and rear center console and door sills complete the picture, where handles and roof panels are also painted in gloss black – with red logo and black border.
Just a perfection with four doors…

Mini Cooper Works by CoverEFX
Mini Cooper Works by CoverEFX. It is highly gratifying to see what come up with different interpretations of the MINI the tuning industry is capable of. Each tuner highlights various key points, from adequate wheel / tire combinations and specific color schemes using different methods for engine performance optimization. Find more car pictures.

The well-known vehicle tuner, CoverEFX company from Erftstadt, combined both of the above “key points” and thus killed two birds with one stone.

There is a fully foil-finished body in black leather style and the imitation of the second rim coloring, also in matt gold metallic, gazes in wonder at CFC. The CFC premium foil with special adhesive technology from Erftstadt professionals ensures easy wrap with a bubble-free mounting and has an extremely long shelf life.
In addition, thousands of small gold specimens were glued individually by hand on the dark leather- style foil or foil with textured surface!

CoverEFX offers additional services to the engine of 211 hp / 280 Nm series in two stages: Stage 1 involves software optimization to 236 HP and 350 Nm, installation of 2.5-inch exhaust system with Milltek downpipe, sports catalyst and extra large sports air filter. Stage 2 provides again corrected software and no modifications in other “ingredients” with 252 hp and maximum torque of 382 Nm. The respective software adjustments relate to all involved components and passed the performance tests.

In addition, the features include reduction in shifter travel (Shifter in WorxRacing Position).

A wheel / tire combination of matte black and matte gold metallic OZ LM rims called Wave 7×17 ET37 with Toyo R888 84W tires 205/40 R17 and stainless steel KW Variant 3 suspension maintain the road adherence.

Audi TTIntroduced in 1995, the Audi TT was still a concept car that time. After three years, the Audi TT came rolling off the manufacturing and assembly lines to the streets. This new vehicle then held the Audi A4’s shorter version of its platform. This vehicle was manufactured as a front drive coupe and as a roadster. It also was sold and offered with a Quattro all wheel drive.

The Audi TT has a unique style and design that makes it stand out from the rest. It has a roofline that quite resembles the Volkswagen’s new Beetle. In 2000, this vehicle received a nomination for the North American Car of the Year award. That same year and the following year, the Audi TT also made its way to the Car and Driver magazine’s ten best cars list.

The Audi TT offers three engine configurations that includes a 130/180 horsepower 1.8 T turbocharged engine with four cylinders. There is also a 225 horsepower 1.8 engine with intercooled turbos. Both the coupe and the roadster offer a front-wheel and an all-wheel drive. To add to the sporty façade and look of the Audi TT, 17 inch alloy wheels with a six spoke cast are added in plus high performance tires and high intensity Xenon headlamps that has an automatic adjustment. The vehicle overall provides drivers and users great luxury and comfort along with superior class and high technology auto components and equipments. The features include anti-lock brakes, an electronic stability program, an electronic brake force distribution, an electronic differential lock, a CD audio system, and Homelink. Given as standard features for the Audi TT are seat-mounted head and chest side airbags and dual front airbags. Safety features are also added in for the Audi TT. The list includes three-point safety belts with pretensioners and load limiters and the LATCH system for child seats’ safety. Space and comfort is something that the Audi TT is generous of.

For Audi, the automobile company, the TT is equated to full strength and pure driving pleasure. The vehicle captivates the driver with its total agility and revolutionary design. The vehicle also gives more output and lesser weight. It also has a striking two-color finish that gives the Audi TT a unique look. The color and hue choices for this model line includes avus silver, misano red, Mauritius blue, silver, and phantom black.

A new Audi TT is expected to make its grand public debut at the 2006 Geneva Auto Show this coming March. Rumors have it that it will contain a styling that is loyal to the original design made by Freeman Thomas. Of course, changes will be done for the vehicle and that will include headlights and taillights that it gets from the Le Mans Concept. Find the Audi TT pictures here.

In most of the states of the country, the rental companies can not refuse to rent a car if the consumers do not purchase insurance.

However, many companies try to charge an insurance amount from the clients. This coverage is optional. One may not feel the need for a separate insurance cover due to other insurance policies, like the car or life insurance.

The insurance coverage that companies try to sell is of four types- collision damage waiver, personal accident insurance, personal effect coverage and supplemental liability protection.

It is the need of the hour to have an insurance policy for the rented car. One may be trying to save on auto insurance and may not want to pay for the coverage.

However, insurance on rented cars is quite important. The most important reason of having insurance on a rented car is to reduce the accumulated cost and time with regard to the rented car. In case of breakdown, you might take it to a body shop for repairs and
higher quality maintenance.

This process may turn out to be extremely time consuming and may cause a lot of inconvenience. The process of car repairing takes sometime as one can’t predict the damage, just by looking at the car externally.

All these issues can be addressed, if one has an insurance cover that allows one to have a complete replacement if the car is damaged beyond repair.

In case of opting in for insurance, the rental companies provide coverage for any damage occurred or inefficiency encountered.

Too often when it comes to auto-leasing, people get so dazzled by the myriad terms and the jargon thrown their way that they end-up paying through the nose, relying on a dealer’s “help” than their own informed decision.

Here is a look at some of the tricks dealers use to pad their profits and leave the customers shelling hundreds of dollars more than the deal should be worth.

Trick 1: Leasing always a better deal than buying.
Dealers use the lure of lower-monthly payments to entice customers to sign for long-term loans, with terms stretching for five years or more, making the payments even lower. There are two catches with such lengthy contracts: higher mileage, exceeding the prescribed limit, and hefty repair costs.

With leases charging on average 10 to 20 cents a mile for any extra mile over the agreed amount in the contract, and warranties only covering three years, you leave yourself wide open for hefty charges for excessive mileage and wear and tear.

Trick 2: Cheap 2-3% APR rate on your lease
The dealer is not quoting the interest rate you would be paying on your lease; he’s rather giving you the lease money factor. Whilst similar to an interest rate and important in determining your monthly payment, a more accurate rate is calculated by multiplying the money factor by 24. For example a “cheap” 3% money factor is 24 X 0.003 = 7.2%. This gives you a better sense of what your annual interest rate on your lease contract is.

Trick 3: Stress-free early lease termination
Dealers know consumer driving needs change and they would like to have the option of getting out of a lease commitment sometime down the road, before their lease ends. Truth of the matter is, when you sign for a lease, you are effectively saddled with monthly payments for the remainder of the lease term and there is little-choice of getting out early. Lease contracts carry hefty financial penalties for either defaulting on monthly payments or terminating the lease earlier than the scheduled term.

To avoid being on the receiving end of such tried-and-true tricks, educate yourself about leasing. Get down to the nitty-gritty and understand what the leasing terms used by dealers mean. Crunch the numbers along with him and understand how they arrived at the monthly payment figure. Don’t sign anything until you’ve understood all the terms and your numbers much those of the dealer. Do not let the dealer pressure you into signing; you are the one to determine whether the agreement is right for you.

Buy or Lease?. It’s the classic dilemma that faces every auto-consumer out there: Pay cash upfront or forego the ownership and pay monthly settlements instead? Buy or lease for a new set of wheels?

As is the case with every other common dilemma, there is no slam-dunk answer. Each option has its own benefits and drawbacks, and it all depends on a set of financial and personal considerations.

First, your finances. Affordability is clearly key, and you need to ask the question of how stable is your job and how healthy is your general financial situation. The short-term monthly-cost of leasing is significantly lower than the monthly payments when buying: you only pay for “the portion” of the vehicle’s cost that you use up during the time you
drive it. If you have a lot of cash upfront, then you can opt to pay the down payment, sales taxes – in cash or rolled into a loan – and the interest rate determined by your loan company. Buying effectively gives you ownership of the car and that feeling of “free driving” that goes on providing transportation. If, say, you want to get into luxury models but can’t afford the upfront cash of purchasing the vehicle than you’re a good candidate for leasing. Unlike buying, it gives you the option of not having to fork out the down payment upfront, leaving you to pay a lower money factor that is generally
similar to the interest rate on a financing loan. However, these benefits have a price: terminating a lease early or defaulting on your monthly lease payments will result in stiff financial penalties and can ruin your credit. You need to make sure you carve out the monthly lease payment in your budget for the foreseeable future, at least for the duration of the lease.

Besides the financial aspect, making a buy or lease decision depends on your own particular lifestyle choices and preferences. Think about what the car means to you: are you the sort of person to bond with the car or would you rather have the excitement of something new? If you want to drive a car for more than fives years, negotiate carefully and buy the car you like. If, on the other hand, you don’t like the idea of ownership and prefer to drive a new car every two to three years then you should lease. Next, factor your transportation needs: How many miles do you drive a year?
How properly do you maintain your cars? If you answer is: “I drive 40,000 miles a year and I don’t really care much about my cars as I don’t mind dealing with repair bills”, then you’re probably better off buying. Leasing is based on the assumption of limited-mileage, usually no more than 12,000 to 15,000 miles a year, and wear-and-tear considerations. Unless you can keep within the prescribed mileage limits and keep the car in a good condition at the end of your lease, you might incur hefty end-of-lease costs.

2011 Ford Fiesta Hatchback SES Review

2011 Ford Fiesta SES Hatchback Review

Today I will talk about the new 2011 Ford Fiesta SES. This is a new Ford small car that packs in a big way and the economy. Fiesta is the name that some may remember from years ago, when Ford produced a small car of the same name that was not what many liked. I remember the car as boxy and generally unattractive car economy.
The new Fiesta is a total different animal and a vehicle that will appeal to users looking for style and fun as the car that is economical. Fiesta Im checking out the SES hatchback is loaded in a nice maroon color called Candy Red Metallic. The car has leather seats, 1.6l TI-VCT I4 DOHC Duratech Power Shift 6-speed automatic transmission.

2011 Ford Fiesta SES Hatchback Review

My test vehicle was equipped with a comfort update package including heated front seats, chrome belt molding line, central locking with remote start and keyless entry and a few other fast packet 301A that spec $795 added to the base price. Other features include the Ford Sync system, power windows, central locking, satellite radio, and 16-inch premium wheels. The total sticker price of the option the car as tested is $20,555 base price for the SES to $17,120. Less with early versions of the Fiesta as low as $13,320. I can? Believing that you can get a new car in this price today, I spent more than adapting cars in the past.
All information outside of the car and if you do not do it? T, grasp this may not be interested no matter how well maintained the car and what kind of fuel you get. Women who had seen the Fiesta and it unanimously called it sweet and everyone felt that the car was so attractive to yourself. I also found that most guys who saw the car thought it was cool enough to list their economy cars that are cool enough of their own. Outside the car has a lot to him, and Ford uses the style of interesting colors on the sides of the Fiesta.
My test car Candy Red Metallic is one of the more mundane colors, you can get clear and bright colors such as lime and yellow, and if you want something else. Leather in my test car is called a black cashmere and leather. Almost everyone who looked at the interior called it white, it is very clear and places around the pipe was black. The interior looks really cool, but the light color of the seats can accommodate up to life with children. Two front seats on my tester mia? spots, which appear to be transferred from people who ran it before him wearing dark jeans. If you buy a Fiesta in the light skin, youll want to be very careful and if the dealer offers a package of security patches, you will definitely want to consider it.
Ford spent some time inside the sculpture to the car and it shows in the project. Dash is black with many silver trim and the buttons light up orange. The steering wheel has radio controls and cruise control. Sync voice activation on the Fiesta is not it? T on the wheel, as it was on all other Ford vehicles I tested. Sync button on the stalk is the voice signal, which is a bit inconvenient. I usually ended up accidentally turning on bright lights try to activate Sync. I would like to see the button placed on the steering wheel, where it will be easier to access. Display information about the Fiesta is on the dashboard and the hood has a rounded top. The screen is recessed enough that it is easy to see even in bright sunlight.
Most controls the radio and in-car entertainment system are arranged in a cool, V-shape below the information screen. The buttons are large and clearly visible in all lighting conditions. In the center of the control array is a large knob style D-pad, you can use to navigate the menu, the radio system. Below is a volume knob and a few other knobs. To the right of this section is a row of buttons direct access to radio stations and other materials.
HVAC controls are at the bottom of the center console just before transmission. These controls are very easy to use and intuitive. Lock and unlock the door is under the control of the radio and requires some getting used. After years of driving cars, where are the keys to lock the door to it on the dashboard takes some getting used. Overall, the interior is very comfortable to drive short and long term.
Fiesta is a four-door car and the amount of the interior of your car does? T seems to go with the small dimensions of the car. I loaded his wife and two children in the car and headed off to do some shopping at the Fiesta and the school had a lot of space. My wife is what you call the power shopper, so a months salary, and five large bags later we were back in the pack Fiesta all away in the trunk, and surprisingly it all fits. This car will have plenty of room for the average family of four. Fiesta hatchback version has a few blind spots behind the passengers, which are used to.
The car is small and lightweight and small 1.6l engine with 120hp and 112 produces ft.-lb. torque. All that really matters is that the engine offers a lot of pep for driving fun and get you to move without any problem. Ti-VCT 1.6l engine is quiet at highway cruising speed, but it is a growl when accelerating. When driving from 75 mph on the freeway, the car is turning almost 3000 rpm, which given the car is a 6-speed auto seems to be high. The car continues to crush everything else I have running on fuel consumption though. I racked up less fuel assessment process, in accordance with on-board computer 28mpg in the city and the highway on a flight from 1970 to 1975 mph netted me quite an impressive 38mpg. Driving the Fiesta car for a lower price. It has surprisingly agile handling, fun car that will make the corners. I suspect that the Fiesta will be lots of fun on the autocross track.
small car market in the U.S., there are plenty of deals here, and frankly most of them are ugly. I look at you Toyota Yaris. Fiesta is an attractive car is clearly aimed at the car driver, who wanted a cost in the purchase price and how much fuel consumed. At the same time, the car is clearly aimed at seeking the driver of the vehicle and the personality of a vehicle that can dress them for their personality. In 2011, Ford Fiesta has a lot of accessories that buyers can receive directly from Ford, including tool kits and other items to their Fiesta exactly what they want it to be.

I know Ford unveiled the Explorer, but I read it should be out by now. I haven't found one at a dealer near me, and they're still advertising the 2010 model as the main Explorer. So, does anyone know when the 2011 will take the place of the 2010?

Bmw Launches The Improved X5 For 2010

A revised version of the BMW X5 will go on sale in June this year, with a new range of cleaner engines, more standard equipment and updated looks. With a market launch of 5 June 2010 the BMW X5 will receive a mid lifecycle “refresh”. This includes changes to the engine line-up, exterior styling and standard & optional equipment. This comprehensive package of changes further strengthens the position of the X5 within its class and make the BMW X5 an excellent choice for leasing and finance

The original BMW X5 hit the streets in 1999, whilst in 2007, BMW launched the second-generation X5 in answer to competition from the Porsche Cayenne and Volkswagen Touareg. What changes can we expect from the latest version which will be launched on June 5th 2010?

The most obvious change is the new styling. At the front, there are revised bumpers and new headlights, while the fog lights are mounted more centrally. Likewise, the rear has new light clusters, larger tailpipes and a redesigned bumper. At the same time, equipment levels across the range have been improved. The choice of SE and M Sport trims remains, but every model now comes with xenon headlamps and leather upholstery, while Lane Departure Warning, Active Cruise Control and side-view cameras are available as options.

Design highlights, Exterior:

Front:
- Re-styled front bumper (with more body colour on SE model)
- Enlarged air intake vents
- Re-positioned front fog lights – New xenon headlights with bright white LED corona rings.

Rear:
- Re-styled rear bumper (with more body colour on SE model)
- New rear light clusters featuring LED glowing light bars

Alloy wheel programme:
- New standard 19” wheel for xDrive50i SE model – New standard 19” wheel for dynamic package – New optional 20” wheels for all models

Engine Changes:

Every BMW X5 model now also has an eight-speed automatic gearbox, which combines with the new engines to give better performance and lower emissions on both of the new diesel engines.

The range still starts with the xDrive30d, but the engine is now more powerful than before, cutting half a second off the 0-60mph time. However, at the same time, CO2 emissions are also down – to 195g/km.

The new xDrive40d replaces the xDrive35d, and also combines more power and stronger performance with lower emissions and better economy. It emits 198g/km of CO2, while averaging 37.7mpg.

At the top of the range is the X5’s only petrol engine, the xDrive50i, which has over 50bhp more than the old xDrive48i – and takes a second less to reach 60mph as a result.

Summary:

For many people the BMW X5 remains the best luxury off-road 4×4 on the market. Because on the road, nothing else sits this high, looks as good or drives so well. The BMW X5 offers superior driving dynamics and a plush interior. Couple this with BMW’s long history of the X5 and being the ultimate driving machine, you cannot help but give the X5 M a serious look! One of the best performing SUVs on the road.

The all-new 2010 Lotus Evora…from our friends at Fox Valley Motorcars/Lamborghini Chicago. There are few greater automotive thrills than hurling a Lotus Elise down a bendy back road—or around a racetrack. But it’s almost not fair to compare the intense and delightful responses of the Elise or the related Exige with other street cars because, with curb weights that hover around 2000 pounds, there aren’t really any other street cars like them. Bigger, but No Less Special As you likely already know, that’s where the Evora comes in. It’s massively larger than the Elise—21.9 inches longer, with a 10.9-inch stretch in the wheelbase—which puts it on par with other sports cars such as the Porsche 911 and Cayman. The Evora is roughly five inches shorter than the 911 but still manages to squeeze in similarly sized (ie, tiny) back seats that are designed to fit very small adults or children up to about 10 years old. It also has a narrower doorsill and a 2.5-inch-higher seating position, making it far easier to get into and out of, which is one of the Elise’s setbacks. Two six-foot-plus males can sit in comfort without their shoulders touching, which is inevitable in an Elise. In fact, this six-foot-five driver didn’t even have to put the front seat back all the way to get comfortable. Back seat or not, the Evora is still very much a Lotus in the driver-thrills department. As with the company’s other cars, the steering is absolutely brilliant. The Evora has hydraulic power assist … 2010 porsche car lease

Porsche Boxster: a Powerful Luxury Sports Car

This mid-engined roadster is one of Porsche’s best-selling cars due to its powerful machine and sporty appearance. Its newest version, the powerful, jaw-dropping and speed-racing 2008 Porsche Boxster has already received great reviews and high ratings on its first year of release. The Porsche Boxster, from its original 986 version in 1996 to the current 987s, is purposely designed to be a road monster. The first Boxster S, with a larger motor and more powerful engine, was launched in 2000. These two versions of the Boxster never ceased to inspire sports car enthusiasts since their release into the market. The original Boxster released in 1996 has a 2.5-liter 6-cylinder engine with a maximum 201 horsepower capability. The engine was later enhanced to as much as 228hp for the standard Boxster in 2003 and 255hp engines for the Boxster S in 2005. Currently, the 2008 Porsche Boxster has a 245hp V6 engine, while the 2008 Boxster S model has a 295hp V6 engine. Porsche hinted that it will release either next year or in 2010 a newer version of the Boxster models with more powerful engines. The most distinguishing features of the latest versions of the Boxster are the enhanced engines that became even more powerful. The S version, for example, can do a performance of 60 miles per hour in less than 6 seconds. That means the car’s engine releases a lot of power. This performance was made possible due to the addition of a Motronic ME 7.8 engine technology that optimizes the Boxsters’ engines. When it comes to appearance, it is evident that the Boxster’s appearance is copied from the Porsche 550 Spyder and the Porsche Spyder and Speedster models, except the convertible top instead of a hardtop roof. Up to the present, this appearance has never been significantly altered. The new models still come out with the signature convertible top design. With its sleek design and powerful, impressive performance, the Porsche Boxster remains to be the car of choice among sports car enthusiasts and also Porsche Boxster leasing is in demand due to the fothcoming recession. The model will not fail in giving a head-turning experience when the owner drives the car down the city roads.

2011 Porsche 911 Carrera GTS CoupéCarrera GTS: Porsche 911 Now Even Sportier

Stuttgart. With a power output of 408 hp, outstanding vehicle dynamics and emphatically sporty equipment, the new 911 Carrera GTS ascends to the pinnacle of the Carrera model series. 23 hp more than the 911 Carrera S enable the new GTS – available as Coupé and Cabriolet – with 3.8-litre engine to close the gap up to the 911 GT3 with 435 hp. This additional sportiness goes hand in hand with the economic advantage: thanks to Porsche Intelligent Performance, the new top sports car consumes no more fuel than the Carrera S in the New European Driving Cycle (NEDC), and is also priced very attractively due to its extensive standard equipment. The new Porsche 911 Carrera GTS will celebrate its world premiere at the Paris Motor Show in early October.

Unique within the Carrera family, the 911 Carrera GTS combines the 44 millimetre wider Carrera 4 body of the AWD models including a wider track with a classic rear-wheel drive. And there are many more details which distinguish appearance and technology of a GTS from other Carrera models. For instance, the GTS runs on 19-inch centre-mount RS Spyder wheels, painted in black, with high-gloss finish rim flanges and 305/30 ZR 19 tyres on the rear axle.

Other optical features include the SportDesign front apron with spoiler edge, painted in black, special sideskirts, also in black, and the Carrera GTS logotype on doors and rear lid, in black or silver depending on the body colour. The area between the two tailpipes in the rear is finished in black. In combination with the standard interior colour “black Alcantara”, the centre sections of the driver and passenger sport seats are covered with black Alcantara. In the sporty interior, dominated by the colour black, this high-quality material is also used wherever driver and passenger come into direct contact with the vehicle, like on the rim of the new three-spoke SportDesign steering wheel and on the gear and handbrake levers.

Special attention was paid to charge exchange in the 3.8-litre flat engine delivering 408 hp: In a special resonance intake manifold, six vacuum-controlled tuning flaps switch between power- and torque-optimized geometry whereas in a Carrera S power unit there is only one tuning flap. Thus, maximum torque of unchanged 420 Nm is already available at 4,200 rpm, 200 rpm earlier compared with the Carrera S. Add to that a sports exhaust system with two dual tailpipes. Their outer shells are painted in black and their inner tubes are polished on the outside and nano-coated.

As a standard, the Carrera GTS has a six-speed manual transmission, and upon request, a seven-speed Porsche Doppelkupplungsgetriebe (PDK) is available. In comparison with the Carrera S, top speed of the model with manual transmission rises by four km/h to 306 km/h. In general, acceleration from zero to 100 km/h improves by 0.1 seconds, and is 4.2 seconds for a GTS Coupé with PDK and a Sport Chrono Package Plus in Sport Plus mode. Fuel consumption of a Carrera GTS with PDK in the NEDC is 10.2 litres/100 km (27.69 mpg imp), CO2 emissions are 240 g/km.

In Germany, the 911 Carrera GTS Coupé including country-specific equipment and 19 per cent VAT will be offered at a price of Euro 104,935, the Cabriolet at Euro 115,050. Both models will be on sale in Germany from December 2010.
